We are looking for a Manager of Corporate Communications to help manage integrated communications initiatives across EA's enterprise and brand storytelling, partnerships, ads & sponsorships, and thought leadership activities.
This role will work with the broader Corporate Communications team and be responsible for developing and executing PR/communications plans aligned with the business strategy and key audiences. Additionally, this role will help execute tactical programs across executive comms, awards, speaking, and enterprise storytelling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is skilled at problem-solving and managing PR campaigns while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and company objectives.
In this role, you will:
  • Help manage integrated communications initiatives across EA's enterprise and brand storytelling, partnerships, ads & sponsorships, and thought leadership activities.
  • Develop key messaging and positioning documents, briefing books, press releases, social posts, award submissions, etc., that reinforce EA's leadership in the brand, advertising, entertainment, and culture landscape.
  • Help build integrated communications plans aligned to key initiatives, with an audience-centric focus.
  • Help manage thought leadership and speaking opportunities and processes for business unit leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with key media and influencers in the entertainment/culture, advertising, marketing, and technology sectors.
  • Successfully utilize data and insights to problem solve, identify creative story opportunities, and bring new ideas to the team.
  • Monitor media landscape, flag key coverage and analysis, develop and manage coverage reports, etc.
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to support EA communications efforts across a wide range of portfolio items and audiences.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, in-house, or agency; gaming, entertainment, or sponsorships/partnerships experience a plus
  • Experience building and executing integrated communications plans
  • Detail-oriented and operations-driven
  • Experience building media relationships
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Manager to be highly experimental and proficient with tech and tools to drive innovation in storytelling
  • Ability to monitor the media landscape and create media analysis reports
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Applies learnings and constructive feedback to adjust and try for new outcomes

Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$127,700 - $190,600 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
