Job description

Job Description:

This individualโ€™s primary role will be to assist in the monitoring of the marketplace along with any escalations of trade and/or technology issues reported by one of the regulatory entities (DTCC, NFA and CFTC). Additionally, this candidate will interact with internal and external trade support, business and IT support personnel, as well as providing second-line support (including in-depth trade analysis) to customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the SEF to ensure regulatory obligations are met on a daily basis and internal/external clients are content
  • Will be involved in expanding the business from a structural sense
  • Assist in the monitoring of the marketplace, along with escalation of trade and/or technology issues
  • Communicate with regulatory entities, including DTCC, NFA and CFTC, to ensure regulatory needs are met

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a strong working and practical knowledge of SwapsWire and SDR Reporting is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role with a proven record of achievement
  • A keen awareness of organizational structure, so when escalation is required, escalation points are known and understood
  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets
  • Strong communication skills, as individual will be interfacing with multiple stakeholders
    Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and SUMIFs

Compensation:
