Job description

This individual will help build and retain our patient database and increase hearing aid sales.

A license will be required for this position but we are willing to train and mentor any interested candidate in the licensing process. Illinois requires a minimum of 2 verifiable years of college education.

Highlights:

  • Meet with patients and conduct routine/annual hearing screenings

  • Make ear impressions and molds, order products and supplies

  • Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, and troubleshoot problems

  • Assist with repair and adjustments of hearing aids

  • Provide care and use instructions to patients

  • Conduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checks

  • Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions

  • Calling to follow-up with patients


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Previous sales experience or customer service experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong work ethic

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients

  • Work as a team player and be reliable
