Your Impact
NEXT HEALTH Health Optimization and Longevity Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine, Women's Health, Men's Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The Nurse Practitioner will be dedicated to helping guests in reaching optimal wellness and anti-aging goals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, requiring a team-oriented mindset and a positive demeanor. Patience, empathy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills are essential. The Nurse Practitioner will work well independently, provide excellent guest care.
What to Expect
In this role, you can expect to:
Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and concerns
Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend individualized treatments or products
Order and interpret labs, including blood tests and other diagnostics
Propose tailored treatments based on patient history, conditions, and concerns
Maintain precise records and schedules for efficient workflow
Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing research
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with physicians and colleagues
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as necessary
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategies
Keep thorough and accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay abreast of best practices and clinical guidelines
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification
Valid Nurse Practitioner State Licensure
Dispensing License
Autonomous designation (can be applied for after hire)
Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy
Proficient clinical and diagnostic abilities
Proficient in EMR usage and documentation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with a commitment to ongoing education
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
Compassionate, organized, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $150,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus potential.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
