Job description

This hospital is part of a much larger parent company with over thirty hospitals nationwide! This system includes Academic Medical Centers, over 4,000 licensed beds, and $4 Billion dollars in revenue. I have placed with this system several times and can tell you all about their growth opportunities (they plan to DOUBLE in size in the next decade), mission, and values!

This flagship campus has 430+ beds and is looking for Director of Quality to come assess their areas of opportunity. They want someone who has had active work in hospital quality improving CAUTI, CLABSI, and Leapfrog scores. There is some opportunity in throughput and length of stay that could be improved as well, so they need a fresh set of eyes to come in and ensure they’re still on a great path to improving quality and infection prevention for everyone in the hospital.

This location will consider interim or permanent candidates at this time. It really depends on your timing and how you’d like to proceed. Perhaps try before you buy, or this could be your new permanent career home!

Requirements:

  • RN, BSN Required, Masters Preferred.
    • CPHQ strongly preferred
  • 7 years in clinical acute care quality and at least 4 years of quality leadership required for consideration.

For IMMEDIATE consideration, please send your resume to krista@thi-search.com
