Nex-Tech is seeking a Network Operations Technician to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems supporting internet, voice, and data services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring network reliability and service quality. This position is ideal for someone with technical aptitude who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor network systems to ensure stability and performance
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages across multiple systems
• Maintain routers, switches, and network management systems
• Assist with network security and firewall support
• Support enterprise customer network environments
• Manage and document IP addressing and network configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network issues
• Assist with infrastructure maintenance and improvements

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and network systems
