Job description

Nex-Tech is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician I to monitor and support network systems that deliver critical services to our customers. This role provides first-level troubleshooting and ensures network performance and uptime.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ข Monitor network systems for alarms, outages, and performance issues
โ€ข Perform first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
โ€ข Open, update, and escalate trouble tickets as needed
โ€ข Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors during incidents
โ€ข Support network maintenance activities and scheduled events
โ€ข Document issues, actions, and resolutions accurately
โ€ข Assist with reporting and daily network status updates
โ€ข Respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
