Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP) supports OCLI Vision, one of the largest multi-specialty ophthalmology networks in the U.S. We focus on strong teams, internal growth, and an employee-first culture.

The Opportunity

Weโ€™re hiring a fully trained Ophthalmic Technician 2 with 2+ years of refracting experience. Youโ€™ll handle pre-exam workups, patient history, and diagnostic testingโ€”playing a key role in patient care and supporting our physicians in diagnosing and treating eye conditions.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Perform vision testing: distance/near acuity, peripheral vision, depth & color perception

  • Apply anesthetic, dilating, and medicated drops

  • Collect/process specimens

  • Triage urgent cases and maintain clinic flow

  • Prep rooms and assist physicians during procedures

  • Perform basic equipment maintenance

  • Follow infection-control and confidentiality standards


What Youโ€™ll Need
  • Ability to work across all specialties and perform all ancillary tasks

  • Minimum 2 years refracting experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Patient-focused, outgoing, and service-oriented

  • Calm, dependable problem-solver

  • Positive attitude; strong team player

  • Flexible and comfortable with change

  • Ocular pharmacology knowledge is a plus, not required

  • Ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 10 lbs
