This is an outstanding full-time opportunity to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient base while managing a broad spectrum of visual and medical conditions. As part of the Eagle Vision Eye Care team, you'll work in a cutting-edge, energetic practice located directly in Sacramento. In this role, you'll provide thorough eye care services to patients of all ages, promote good ocular health and education, and recommend vision-enhancing eyewear and contact lenses. A typical day involves seeing approximately 18 patients, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on each one. You'll benefit from access to the latest diagnostic technology, ensuring the highest standard of care. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
