As part of our track system development team, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the success of new product development projects. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for: Taking ownership of the technical results, budgets, and timelines for the projects assigned to you Oversee the design of new track assemblies Define, in collaboration with the client, the project’s objectives, scope, and load cases Lead a team of engineers and designers Collaborate closely with other departments (purchasing, validation, manufacturing engineering, etc.) to ensure the project’s overall success Ready to lead projects as ambitious as you are?
