 Afin de soutenir la performance et la fiabilite des equipements critiques de l'usine en fonction des objectifs d'operation, de securite, environnement et productivite, nous desirons combler un poste d'Assistant-superviseur maintenance.

Situe a Montreal-Est, notre usine de coulee continue se specialise dans la fabrication du fil de cuivre. Depuis plus de 90 ans, nous fournissons les fabricants de cables au Canada, aux Etats-Unis et partout dans le monde. Nous produisons chaque annee pres de 230000 tonnes de fil machine de cuivre, dont 10 % sont composes de cuivre recycle grace aux actions de recyclage que nous conduisons avec nos partenaires.

ROLES ET RESPONSABILITES:

Travailler etroitement avec les equipes en place afin de developper et fiabiliser la fabrication de nouveaux produits sur les differentes lignes de production de l'usine.

Supervision :

  • Assurer la supervision et le developpement du technicien en developpement de produit;
  • Assurer l'integration et la formation produits speciaux pour les nouveaux arrivants;
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de production afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs operationnels.

Developpement de produits  :

  • Etre le support technique pour les campagnes de produit speciaux dans le secteur fil machine, extrusion et trefilage;
  • Collecter le besoin client et le traduire sous forme de projet;
  • Mettre en place les essais de faisabilite sur les lignes de production concernees;
  • Transformer l'essai en solution industriel securitaire, fiable et efficace;
  • Formaliser chaque etape du developpement sous forme de rapport technique detaille;
  • Faire le suivi en production et formaliser les procedures de fabrication et tests;
  • Developper les tests specifiques sur les nouveaux produits;
  • Lancer un programme de qualification pour chaque nouveau produit;
  • Participer aux reunions NEW et de planification(entretien) pour la mise en place des tests de fabrication des nouveaux produits;
  • Optimiser le taux de rebuts sur chaque nouveaux produits;
  • Determiner les indicateurs de performance pour chaque nouveau produit developpe;
  • Assurer le suivi normatif sur les nouveaux produits.

Formation : 

  • Former les employes sur les nouveaux produits developpes;
  • Participer au maintien des standards de qualite et des methodes d'inspection.

Documentation 

  • Mettre en place la documentation requise pour chaque type de produit et son application finale en fonction des demandes clients

Gestion des consommables :

Mettre en place avec l'ingenieur procede la gestion des consommables lies a la fabrication des nouveaux produits : Mise en inventaire SAP , gestion du stock et commande automatique;

  • Comprendre et traduire le besoin client en produits pour l'usine;
  • Capacite d'innovation pour s'adapter et obtenir rapidement les resultats attendus par le client;
  • Gestion de projet avances : planification, livrables et jalons par phase;
  • Etre proactif et reactif via les leviers d'action pour assurer la qualite du nouveau produit;
  • Controler les couts de fabrication pour respecter le budget d'operation (consommables);
  • Assurer un support technique efficace aux operations de production.

Qualifications requises:

  • Haut standard pour les meilleurs pratiques et qualite du travail

  • BAC en genie de la metallurgie
  • Experience min 5 ans dans un environnement industriel (preferablement syndique) et min 2 ans avec supervision du personnel
  • Bilingue Francais et anglais
  • Bonnes aptitudes en caracterisation physico-chimiques des metaux
  • Atouts : connaissances en procedes de fusion et transformation a chaud, SAP, experience en controle de la qualite, connaissances des methodes d'analyse chimiques de metaux, calibration des instruments, procedes de filtration.
