The Sr. Program Manager is accountable for the success of programs by managing programs from a high-level view, strategically guiding resources, enforcing processes to ensure efficient progress towards program objectives; and owning entire end-to-end life cycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Major Areas of Accountability:
  • Program Leadership - lead the program team to overcome challenges, ensuring program aligns with company strategic goals and provide structure
  • Program Planning - oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of programs; manage interdependencies between projects; manage escalated issues and change of scope requests
  • Program Execution - accountable for all program requirement and execution to program milestones
  • Program Governance - create program framework and processes to drive program milestones; ensure collaboration and communication between teams (internal/external); ensure program aspects and team members follow all internal/external process requirements
  • Program Financial Management - manage program budget including vendor management, forecast program revenue, support program scope changes with Sales Solutions team
  • Customer Relationship Management - act as liaison between customers and SkyWater; responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships; holding both parties responsible and driving program objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • Education. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline
  • Experience: 5+ years in semiconductor & aerospace industry and program management
  • Skills: Expert in organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Citizenship: US Citizen OR US Person

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical experience in semiconductor industry
  • Current, active security clearance
  • PMP certification

The annual salary range for this role is $134,080-$167,600. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
