Support analyzing impact when there are changes to stakeholder requirements.Assist Safety Engineers in analyzing systems/subsystems to mitigate risk exposure.Ensure safety goals, requirements, and methodologies are integrated into product designs. Evaluate new requests and provide accurate estimates for new features and functions. Participate in conceptual design and documentation processes. Lead design reviews to ensure traceability and compliance. Review and approve test plans and procedures for alignment with requirements. Contribute to business development through proposal inputs and customer meetings.ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–7 years of direct experience in requirements elicitation and generation. Proven track record in product development lifecycle for complex systems/subsystems. Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields highly desirable. Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of design principles, hardware development, and requirement management tools. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; strong communication abilities.Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jama Connect, Polarion, or other requirement management software.Experience with safety analysis such as HARAs, STPAs, FMEAs, and others.
