Build enterprise-grade ServiceNow capabilities with the ServiceNow Engineering Services Team and Enterprise IT Asset Management Team to improve employee experiences, accelerate automation, and deliver enterprise value. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact
• Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliability
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end to integration needs
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivery quality and post-release stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixes
• Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD where applicable
• Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
• Help shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams to drive scalable and supportable solutions


Qualifications

• Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms); may not be on recent grad resumes
• Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
• Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and strong collaboration with technical and business partners
• Customer-focused mindset and dependable execution in delivery and operational support

Additional Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD (as applicable)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, or custom apps
• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, and/or leading engineering efforts (for candidates targeting higher responsibility)

  • Potential starting salary range: $85,500 - $177,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
