How it Works

You'll get the opportunity to rotate through 3-5 different discipline areas within our Canadian Infrastructure practice:

  • Major Projects & Program Delivery
  • Water
  • Built Environment
  • Integrated Mobility Solutions and
  • Digital Solutions

In each discipline area, you'll spend a year working and being mentored by leading professionals to develop the skills needed to deliver Wood's technical solutions to our clients across Canada and beyond.

At the end of the program, your broad exposure to our business will help you decide which discipline fits you and where you'd like to further advance your career at Wood. 

You'll be able to confidently take this next step knowing that you have a solid foundation of demonstrable skills and experience to build from, complimented by an exceptional understanding of how Wood builds and maintains client relationships through the delivery of leading-edge technical solutions.
