Job Duties: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse 

  • Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. 
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. 
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents. 

Qualifications: 

  • State of Iowa RN or LPN license 
  • Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required
