PPAP Coordinator

Lake Geneva, WI

R&L Spring Company is growing and looking for a detail-driven PPAP Coordinator to support our automotive and industrial customers. This role is key in ensuring our products meet customer requirements through accurate and timely PPAP submissions while working closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Coordinate and manage PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes
  • Prepare and submit PPAP packages in accordance with AIAG and customer-specific requirements
  • Compile documentation including PSW, Control Plans, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and capability studies
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure readiness for submission
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding PPAP status and approvals
  • Track deadlines and maintain accurate records of all submissions
  • Support internal and customer audits related to PPAP documentation
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Working knowledge of AIAG PPAP requirements
  • Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/QMS experience is a plus
Education & Experience
  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
  • Automotive or metal forming experience preferred
