This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and user support within a dynamic supply chain environment. **What You'll Do:** \* Assist in the configuration and setup of new system modules and functionalities. \* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify system defects or areas for improvement. \* Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials. \* Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing system issues. \* Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications. \* Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system transitions. \* Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to system utilization and efficiency. \* Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making. **About You:**\* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. \* Strong interest in enterprise systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and their application in logistics. \* Basic understanding of system implementation methodologies is a plus. \* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \* Strong written and verbal communication skills. \* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
