Job description

CompHealth is seeking a Neurosurgeon for an inpatient and outpatient coverage opportunity, guaranteeing 8 hours per day. This role involves a mix of clinic hours, night call, and weekend call coverage, focusing on adult neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in spinal surgery, general neurosurgery, trauma, and ICP monitor placement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient coverage
  • Perform spinal surgery with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
  • Perform general neurosurgery
  • Manage trauma cases
  • Perform ICP monitor placement
  • Provide night call coverage from 5 pm - 8:30 am
  • Provide weekend 24-hour call coverage

Compensation

  • $320 - $400 hourly
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
