Come be a part of a 4 surgeon and 4 APP neurosurgery group that is expanding into a multimillion-dollar complex in 2025. We have an excellent group of surgeons and APPs who will work to help bring this new provider up to speed to help service our busy community hospital.</p> <p><strong>You Can Expect:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Level II Trauma Center</li> <li>Dedicated Neuro ICU (the largest in Virginia!) and Neuro Intermediate Unit</li> <li>Neuro ICU led by board certified Neurocritical care physician</li> <li>24/7 In-house Critical Care Coverage</li> <li>Acute Rehab</li> <li>Primary Stroke Center</li> <li>Neurointervention, epilepsy, and movement disorders as part of the Brain & Spine Service Line</li> <li>Collaborative approach to care in partnership with IP/OP Rehab, PM&R.</li> <li>Dyad led service line model.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Sign-on bonus</li> <li>Up to $120k in student loan repayment</li> <li>Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance</li> <li>Up to $7,500 CME allowance + 5 days for CME in addition to time off</li> <li>403(b) and 457(b) tax deferred savings plan; Immediate vested employer contribution match at 3%</li> <li>Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options, short and long term disability</li> <li>Malpractice coverage with tail Required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in neurosurgery MD/DO with certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) board in physician's primary specialty.
