Job description

Sweeney Todd Auditions

The company is holding auditions for "Sweeney Todd – the Demon Barber Of Fleet Street". Only local talent will be considered.

Rate: No pay.

Schedule

Performing: October 30 – November 15, 2026.
Rehearsals: Start September 21, mostly weeknights 7–10PM, some weekends.

What to Prepare
  • Monologues: Prepare two contrasting 1–2 minute monologues that showcase your dramatic range; one should be in a classic/period style.
  • Sides: Perform cold readings of provided short scenes from the Christopher Bond script.
  • Headshot & Resume: Bring a printed copy of your headshot and theatrical resume.
