Job Title: Pre-Law Program LSAT Tutor

Job Classification: Administrative and Office Services, Student

Department: Major Exploration and Success Advising, Pre-Law

Work Schedule: 10-15 hrs per week

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Job Description:

The Baylor Pre-Law Program is seeking an LSAT Tutor to support undergraduate students preparing for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). This position will involve working one-on-one with students to identify strengths and areas for improvement, develop individualized study strategies, and support students throughout their LSAT preparation process.
The LSAT Tutor will assist students in building effective study habits, navigating prep resources, and increasing familiarity with official LSAT content and testing strategies. The role may also include responding to student questions via email and helping students stay accountable to their preparation goals.
Qualifications:
97th percentile or above on an officially administered LSAT
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles
Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed in the law school admissions process
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic support experience
Experience with LSAC LawHub Prep Plus, LSAT Demon, or 7Sage
