Is a neurology receptionist a stressful job?

A neurology receptionist's job can be stressful due to managing patient appointments, handling phone calls, and coordinating with medical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What are some typical challenges faced by a neurology receptionist, and how can they be managed?
