Job description

American Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist to join our growing practice in Pensacola, Florida—one of the most desirable coastal cities on the Gulf Coast. This opportunity offers exceptional earning potential, a flexible practice model, and a lifestyle defined by beautiful beaches, cultural amenities, and a low cost of living.
Unmatched Earning Potential
Our compensation model is one of the strongest in Florida:
  • $800k+ annually with uncapped production-based income
  • Guaranteed base salary
  • Keep 50% of your collections (inpatient + outpatient)
  • Keep 100% of your on-call pay (call is optional)
  • Multiple income streams:
    • EMGs & EEGs
    • Office-based neurologic procedures
    • Ancillary services
    • On‑site IV Infusion Center
Monoclonal antibody treatments for MS, Alzheimer's disease, migraine, and other neurologic conditions are rapidly expanding—making infusion services a major revenue driver built directly into your clinic.

Position Highlights
Compensation & Benefits
  • $800K+ annually (uncapped)
  • $25,000 signing bonus
  • $10,000 relocation assistance
  • No state income tax
  • 100% employer‑paid health insurance
  • Dental & vision coverage
  • Full malpractice coverage
  • 401(k) with company match (after 1 year)
  • Additional income opportunities through medical student teaching
  • Support for all in‑office neurologic procedures

Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday clinic hours
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Optional inpatient call

Why Live & Work in Pensacola?
This position is fully based in Pensacola, a coastal city known for its sugar‑white beaches, emerald waters, top‑rated safety, and vibrant arts and culture scene.
Pensacola consistently ranks high for quality of life, schools, and community safety, making it an ideal location for families and professionals alike.
Live where others vacation:
  • World-famous Pensacola Beach
  • Scenic biking and hiking trails
  • Deep sea fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling
  • Boutique shopping & luxury retail
  • Diverse dining, fine dining, and local seafood
  • Year-round festivals & cultural events
  • Performing arts: Pensacola Opera, Symphony Orchestra, ballet, theaters
  • Museums, galleries, and historic districts
  • Pensacola International Airport for easy travel
  • Quick access to Gulf Coast destinations including Destin, Mobile & New Orleans
With no state income tax and a lower cost of living compared to most coastal cities, you can genuinely afford to live on the water and enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.
A Rare Coastal Neurology Opportunity
