Senior Product Manager

Piramidal is looking for a product manager to own the roadmap and execution of our real-time neural monitoring platform. You'll be responsible for translating what clinicians need into what engineers build.

In this role you will
  • Own the product roadmap across our clinical and infrastructure products
  • Run discovery with clinicians and partners to translate needs into product requirements
  • Define and prioritize features across detection, alerting, visualization, workflow, and more
  • Work directly with ML and platform engineers on technical tradeoffs and model behavior
  • Coordinate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure product decisions align with submission and safety constraints
  • Ship product in short cycles with a small, fast-moving team
Your background looks something like
  • 4+ years of product management in a technically complex and/or fast-moving domain
  • Comfort working directly with engineering teams on system design and technical tradeoffs
  • Experience with clinical or regulated products (FDA or equivalent)
  • Strong written communication
  • Ability to move fast and independently
Nice to have
  • Clinical domain knowledge in neurology or critical care
  • Experience with real-time or streaming data products
