About Us:

Reddy Neumann Brown PC is a leading business immigration law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals and organizations navigating the complexities of employment-based immigration. We are growing, and we're looking for a dedicated attorney to join our mission-drive team.

The Role

Client engagement

  • Provide prompt, professional, and practical legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
  • Respond to client calls and emails within one business day; escalate urgent matters immediately
  • Collect, review, and manage required documents for case filings.
  • Communicate case timelines and provide proactive status updates throughout the process

Internal collaboration

  • Review immigration forms, support letters, and related documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct thorough final reviews of all applications and petitions before filing
  • Assign tasks to legal assistants, administrative assistants, and law clerks and provide ongoing guidance and oversight
  • Ensure proper handling, security and return of original client documents
  • Assign task to Legal Assistant/Law Clerk, offer, offering guidance and support.

Case & database management

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in the firm's case management system
  • Monitor case progress and proactively identify and resolve processing delays
  • Track receipt notices, processing times, and approval accuracy
  • Encourage client to utilize the firm's LIBERTY portal for streamlined case tracking.

Professional development

  • Attend monthly networking events and contribute to to immigration law webinars
  • Write monthly articles on immigration law topics for firm publication
  • Contribute to the firm's social media presence in the immigration law community
