Als ATM Network Growth Manager (temporär – 3 Monate) liegt dein klarer Fokus auf der Akquise neuer ATM-Standortpartner in der gesamten Schweiz.

Du identifizierst, kontaktierst und gewinnst neue Retail- und Geschäftspartner für unser wachsendes Krypto-ATM-Netzwerk. Diese Position ist eine reine Sales- und Business-Development-Rolle und ideal für dich, wenn du gerne aktiv auf neue Partner zugehst, verhandelst und Abschlüsse erzielst.

Dein Erfolg wird anhand der unterzeichneten Standortverträge und der Erweiterung unseres ATM-Netzwerks gemessen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Identifikation und aktive Ansprache potenzieller ATM-Standortpartner (z. B. Retail-Stores, Einkaufszentren, Restaurants etc.)
  • Durchführung von Kaltakquise (Telefon, E-Mail, Vor-Ort-Besuche)
  • Professionelle vor Ort Präsentation unseres ATM-Standortpartner-Konzepts gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern
  • Verhandlung kommerzieller Konditionen und Abschluss von Standortverträgen
  • Strukturierte Pflege deiner Sales-Pipeline
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations-Team zur reibungslosen Übergabe nach Vertragsabschluss
  • Wöchentliches Reporting zu Aktivitäten, Pipeline-Status und Abschlüssen
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder in der Partnerakquise
  • Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Kaltakquise und im Abschluss neuer Geschäfte
  • Verhandlungsstärke und überzeugende Kommunikation
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und ergebnisgetriebene Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierter Umgang mit Sales-Pipelines
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse; Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld, POS-Lösungen, Fintech oder Zahlungsdienstleistungen ist ein Plus
