We are looking for a seasoned professional who can make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and polished professional capable of prioritizing work, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, professional communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork.

In this role, you will be deploying solutions that will help protect and inform Law Enforcement and First Responders. You will help our customers deploy and support cutting edge technology solutions including global situational awareness, counter drone systems, edge network sensors and RF communications.  

Full-Time - Temporary - Approximately 3-4 months
No C2C

Must be a US Citizen - Must pass a drug screening, MUST be able to obtain US Security Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the end user’s primary technical point of contact ensuring rapid solutions to any reported issues
  • Conduct equipment checks
  • Coordinate with project managers and customers to install, integrate and repair Syzygy product and network communications systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Syzygy products / networking hardware
  • Provide VOC (voice of customer) feedback to the engineering team
  • Complete after-action reports and other reports as required
  • Provide project technical assistance and training for customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • +3 years experience with tactical, strategic or MANET communications systems
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts such as IP networking, wireless, GPS, mobile, RF propagation with an understanding of hardware and software concepts
  • Ability to do RF link budget analysis for multi-path MANET networks
  • Ability to select and model antenna configurations for interconnectivity between people, vehicles, towers and aircraft installations
  • +1 year experience as a field service representative or equivalent experience
  • Proven troubleshooting experience with communications systems and architectures
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must be able to obtain a United States security clearance

NICE TO HAVE

  • Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA), CompTIA A+ or other IAT Level I certification in accordance with DoD 8570 guidance
  • Experience with Line of Sight and Beyond Line of Sight wireless communications
  • System testing and evaluation experience
  • Experience Integrating disparate systems
  • Experience with TAK servers and/or devices
  • Understand subnetting, basic routing and switching
