-Network installation, configuration, administration (servers, security, network, email, file/print, web, database, troubleshooting) (35%)ย 
-Endpoint installation, configuration, administration (hardware, software, help desk, troubleshooting, installation, desktop, laptop, printers, mobile) (30%)ย 
-Executing mitigation and strategic plans (30%)ย 
-Network documentation creation and update (5%)ย

-Advanced knowledge of OpenBSDย 
-Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 (R2)ย 
-Advanced knowledge of Windows XP, 7ย 
-Intermediate knowledge of POSIX Scriptingย
