POSITION SUMMARY:
The Network Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's computer networks operate efficiently, securely, and in support of business objectives. This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing network performance, delivering technical support, and performing routine system maintenance to maintain optimal functionality. Success in this role requires deep expertise in network configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support. A high-performing Network Analyst demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, maintains rigorous network administration standards, and actively seeks opportunities to improve and innovate within the network environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Analyzes and monitors network performance.
  2. Provides network support and resolves connectivity issues.
  3. Configures hardware and software to optimize network communication.
  4. Manages IP addresses and resolving conflicts.
  5. Monitors and maintains network management servers and performing upgrades.
  6. Updates network diagrams and documentation.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Associates degree in Computer Network Administration or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience as a network analyst, or similar.
