Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Drivers and Operations teams to identify opportunities to reduce fuel costs.
  • Monitor and analyze fuel usage and purchasing trends.
  • Assist with fuel-related reporting and data entry.
  • Communicate fuel-saving initiatives and best practices to drivers.
  • Research and resolve fuel-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fuel Operations Department.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to achieve company fuel-efficiency goals.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is dependable, analytical, and enjoys working with people. They should be comfortable communicating with drivers and operations personnel while using data and reporting tools to support fuel cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
