Title:                             Sales Service Executive

Screenvision provides cinema marketing solutions to its advertising clients through on-screen sight, sound and motion (Cinema Spots), still image advertising (Cinema Slides) and in-theater promotional opportunities (Cinema Extensions). Nationally, Screenvision is the largest cinema network, exclusively providing Cinema Spots to advertisers on more than half of the nation's available movie screens. On the regional level, the company's Screenvision Direct business unit offers Cinema Slide and promotional opportunities to small and mid-sized businesses in local markets around the country.

Position Overview  

The Sales Services Executive is responsible for assisting the Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to clients. This involves working with multiple departments such as Ad Sales, Marketing, Research, Campaign Management, Exhibitor Relations and Finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research target accounts & create strategy to break new business and increase share
  • Manage and implement marketing executions across the SV Network
  • Assist Account Executives in negotiations
  • Assist the Account Executives in the development of sales presentation, proposals, booking contracts and addressing any post evaluation details
  • Work closely with Planning/Traffic to ensure proper scheduling, including, special circumstances and missing traffic
  • Partner with planning on all inventory management and daily maintenance of client media schedules
  • Assist Account Executives and clients with move requests
  • Prepare research and other sales related reports and media kits as needed
  • Resolve scheduling and billing discrepancies
  • Participate in client meetings, where appropriate, with the Account Executives, in order to develop a   rapport with client and agency contacts plus develop an understanding of the sales and talking points of the network and the marketing/media needs of the advertiser/agencies
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours in the event of deadlines or projects
  • Form and continue key internal and external client relationships

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in media sales    
  • Solutions-oriented team player
  • Interest & aptitude in advertising sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external clients
  • Strong proficiency in Word (create/edit letters), Excel (create/edit spreadsheets) and Power Point (create/edit presentations)
  • Strong math skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

This position reports to our New York City headquarters in midtown Manhattan Monday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 USD Annually, Bonus Eligible
