Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Senior Cisco Network Engineering Architects to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role focuses on Cisco's advanced networking solutions and acts as a strategic liaison between internal teams and managed service providers to ensure secure and high-performing network environments.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Architect, design, and implement advanced Cisco networking solutions across wireless, security, and identity platforms.
โ€ข Provide day-to-day oversight and governance of network architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and security strategies.
โ€ข Develop and document high-level and low-level network designs, future-state architectural roadmaps, and network topology standards.
โ€ข Define, establish, and implement best-in-class network policies, procedures, and configuration baselines.
โ€ข Develop and maintain runbooks and operational playbooks for repeatable and consistent network operations.
โ€ข Act as a senior-level liaison between internal stakeholders and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of network services.
โ€ข Lead network optimization and transformation efforts by leveraging Cisco DNAC, Client, and Firepower FTD.
โ€ข Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other network engineers and support staff.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience considered.
