As a Technical Support Specialist within Care Communications, you will provide remote technical support for healthcare customers using Baxter communication and clinical technology solutions. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues, document findings and resolutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain system availability and support customer operations. Your work helps ensure reliable technology performance for healthcare organizations and their patients.

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for Care Communications customers.
  • Diagnose and support networking, server, operating system, telephony, and application-related issues.
  • Document customer cases, technical findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage support requests through phone, email, customer portals, and other support channels.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering, Research & Development, or other support teams when required.
  • Process customer service requests including parts replacement, case creation, and system support activities.
  • Support a 24/7 customer environment through participation in rotating weekday and weekend schedules.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process, product, and service improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in a remote support environment.
  • Experience supporting networking, servers, operating systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Remote Desktop technologies.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing IT equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, servers, printers, and workstations.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, wireless networking, routing, switching, and security technologies.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $64,000.00 to $88,000.00. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary rate may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
