Job description

This is a remote position.

Project & Service Administrator (Low Voltage Systems)
Support Tech LLC | Remote (Global)

Are you a master of multitasking with a deep understanding of low voltage infrastructure? Support Tech LLC is expanding our Projects Department, and weโ€™re looking for a highly organized, technically-minded Project & Service Administrator to help us deliver seamless technology solutions across North America.

From Ubiquiti deployments to complex access control systems, you will be the "mission control" that keeps our field operations running smoothly and our documentation airtight.

The Role: What Youโ€™ll Do

As our Project & Service Admin, you arenโ€™t just pushing paperโ€”you are managing the lifecycle of technical projects. You will:

  • Coordinate Projects: Manage timelines and deliverables for low voltage installs, including data cabling, CCTV, and access control.

  • Master the Zoho Suite: Daily management of Zoho Desk for service tickets and Zoho Projects for long-form deployments.

  • Communicate with Precision: Act as the bridge between clients and field technicians, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

  • Detailed Documentation: Maintain obsessive levels of detail in project notes, hardware inventories, and close-out reports.

  • Adaptive Support: Handle incoming communications via Dialpad and jump between independent tasks and collaborative team goals without missing a beat.

RequirementsCandidate Requirements

We are looking for a professional who balances technical "know-how" with administrative excellence.

  • Experience: 2โ€“5 years in a project coordination or service admin role, preferably within the low voltage or IT industry.

  • Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of Ubiquiti networking, access control systems, IP cameras, and structured cabling.

  • Software Proficiency: Prior experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects is highly preferred.

  • Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English is non-negotiable. You must be able to communicate complex technical details clearly.

  • The "Pro" Setup: Because this is a high-performance remote role, you must have:

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection.

  • Dual monitor setup for efficient multitasking.

  • PC hardware: Intel i7 processor (or equivalent) or better.

BenefitsWhy Join Support Tech LLC?
  • Global Reach: We are open to the best talent worldwide, regardless of your region.

  • Immediate Impact: This position is available for an immediate start.

  • Growth Environment: We are a growing company where your contributions to our processes will be felt and valued.
