Position Summary:
The Manager, Network Services, is responsible for executing the enterprise network strategy, implementing new capabilities, and overseeing the daily operation of network communication systems. The role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of network services across data centers, WAN, cloud, and related infrastructure environments. The manager leads network engineers, contractors, and manage service providers while supporting talent development and modernization initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and human error.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point during critical network incidents.
  • Design, implement, and support: SD-WAN, LAN, Data center networking, Wireless infrastructure.
  • Ensure network reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and security.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in security assessments and audits.
  • Assist with budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network professionals and managed service partners.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.
