Position Responsibility Summary:

  • Primary Function - On-Site Technical Assistance (PWS 1.16.6.2, 1.16.6.4): Provides immediate on-site technical assistance, hardware deployments, peripheral replacements, and physical troubleshooting across 20 facilities.
    • Cross-Functional Asset & Network Support (PWS 1.16.10.2, 1.16.10.3, 1.16.2.1*):** Cross-trained in Asset Management for real-time ASTS/DPAS record updates during equipment deployments, transfers, and disposals, and provides support during 100% property inventories. Cross-trained in Network infrastructure support for basic cabling, patching, and physical connectivity troubleshooting at user locations (verifying patch panels, replacing damaged cables), accelerating resolution for routine facility-level network issues.
