Title: Network Support Engineer Location: Houston, TX/Hybrid Must have: CCNA, or similar level certification, is the minimum required Implementing, and supporting network solutions across the enterprise. 4+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting network routers, switches, and SDWAN for medium and large-sized locations and enterprises. Knowledge of Networks, Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, IP Routing (OSPF, BGP), QoS Ability to support SDWAN and Aruba Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Network Support Engineer responsible for supporting and managing TB's network. The Engineer will be part of a TB Network team, working very closely with third-party providers, implementing, and supporting network solutions across the enterprise. While also supporting LAN/WAN network connectivity services for 1,000+ networks. Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting network routers, switches, and SDWAN for medium and large-sized locations and enterprises.
  • Knowledge of Networks, Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, IP Routing (OSPF, BGP), QoS
  • Ability to support SDWAN and Aruba Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Experience working with vendors to ensure they meet deliverables\SLAs
  • CCNA, or similar level certification, is the minimum required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting medium to large enterprise-sized Cisco / Aruba LANS/WANS, exhibiting a proven understanding of established enterprise routing schemes and protocols.
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn on the job and through self-study
