Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Purpose

Ensures solution enhancements are successfully adopted by monitoring system effectiveness, defining governance rules, and coaching SMEs. The IBP Solutions Manager plays a vital role in aligning system configurations with global standards and ensuring process continuity across regional and global operations and delivering business value. By maintaining comprehensive system knowledge and documentation, it enables consistent operational continuity, informed decision-making, and adaptability to evolving business needs.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expert knowledge of regional supply chain systems to support process execution and optimal data flow.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to operations to ensure continuity of production activities.
  • Monitor system functionality, coordinate testing, and resolve performance issues to maintain system stability and usability.
  • Track system adoption, identify gaps, and drive improvements in user engagement and process effectiveness.
  • Document system configurations and troubleshoot issues using deep knowledge of system interfaces and structures.
  • Support cross-functional projects, system integrations, and out-of-system process integration to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Lead major system enhancements and upgrades in partnership with IT and business stakeholders, while governing configuration changes and coaching SMEs to strengthen system and process expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Technical field, or Business Administration 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience enabling Advanced Supply Chain Systems such as APS - Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, WMS, etc., and ERP such as SAP ECC/S4
  • Experience with system processes, enhancements, governance models, and/or continuous process improvements
  • Experience working in a global or regional supply chain environment
  • Familiar using lean and agile techniques
  • Project Management and/or Leadership experience

The range for this position is $126,898.00 - $174,486.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
