Project Manager – Property Operations

The Project Manager – Property Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational functions across leasing and facilities management. This role ensures alignment between leadership objectives and day-to-day execution by managing workflows, communication, and resource allocation across teams.

This position serves as a central point of coordination between executive leadership, property management staff, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency, accountability, and consistent service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage operational activities across leasing and facilities management
  • Develop and maintain workflows, timelines, and tracking systems for key initiatives
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to operational deadlines

Owner Communication & Collections Oversight

  • Oversee processes related to owner communication, ensuring consistency and timeliness
  • Monitor rent collection performance and coordinate follow-up on delinquencies
  • Implement and track strategies to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Leads to prioritize, schedule, and complete work orders
  • Monitor maintenance timelines and ensure service level expectations are met
  • Assist in determining appropriate use of internal staff versus external vendors

Resource Allocation

  • Allocate maintenance and operational resources based on workload, urgency, and priority
