Oversee the daily operations and service delivery for a diverse portfolio of up to 20 commercial, banking, and Class-A office accounts.ย 

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees; conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.

  • Administrative & Tech Operations: Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).

  • Operations & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in service, operations, or customer-facing environments.

  • Prior experience as aย Janitorial Operations Manager or account manager preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building positive relationships with employees and clients.

  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, payroll auditing, and inventory tracking.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel.
