We have core commitments to design, quality, and sustainability, and we believe in helping families create meaningful everyday moments. These principles guide the Hanna Way, and lead to an experience authentically different from other children's brands.
We cultivate our unique brand by hiring team members who believe in these values, own a customer service mindset, and who are innovative, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative and growth-driven work environment. We all share in our brand's success, and we actively encourage our team members to maintain a healthy balance in their daily lives.
Are you a hands-on training leader who can connect with teams in both English and Spanish? Do you thrive in a fast-paced distribution center environment and enjoy helping people learn, grow, and adapt to change? We're looking for a bilingual Operations Training Specialist who can read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently, and who is passionate about building practical, engaging training programs that support associates across all shifts. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day training execution, support onboarding and ongoing development, and help ensure training is consistent, effective, and scalable as the business grows. You'll also partner closely with Operations and IT to support upcoming WMS implementation and broader technology modernization efforts, helping associates and leaders feel confident with new processes, systems, and expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support consistent, high-quality onboarding and ongoing training across the Distribution Center.
  • Facilitate hands-on training, coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions in both English and Spanish.
  • Communicate clearly with associates and leaders across all shifts to ensure expectations, procedures, safety practices, and system changes are understood.
  • Track trainee progress, training effectiveness, KPIs, and operational trends.
  • Partner with supervisors to identify skill gaps and support associate development.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Support WMS rollout readiness by helping develop and deliver clear, practical training plans.
  • Use creative learning methods - hands-on, visual, digital, and coaching-based - to improve engagement and retention.
  • Recommend practical improvements that make training more effective, efficient, and scalable.
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and speak clearly in both languages.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations training.
  • Experience leading training in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, logistics, or other operational environment.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to improve training outcomes.
  • Experience supporting system or process implementations preferred; WMS experience a plus.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to support training across multiple shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional off-hours.
Why This Role Matters
This role is key to helping our Distribution Center teams feel prepared, supported, and confident. The right person will bring strong training experience, bilingual communication skills, and a practical, people-focused approach to helping associates succeed through peak periods, process changes, and future growth.
