Job description

What We Need 

Corpay is looking to hire a Network Operations Center Associate within our SVS division. This position falls under our Technology Operations line of business and is located in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the corporate production WAN/LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a 24/7/365 Data Center environment. You will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and collaborate regularly with IT support, engineering, and external clients.

How We Work 

As a Network Operations Center Associate, you will be expected to work on-site in a structured shift schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekdays
  • Weekend availability

SVS will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in our Louisville, KY office

  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities 

The responsibilities of the role will include: 

  • Monitoring the general health of network infrastructure using SolarWinds
  • Diagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain system uptime
  • Escalating technical problems to engineering when necessary
  • Interacting with internal and external clients professionally to identify and resolve incidents
  • Documenting issues and resolutions in the ticketing system according to Incident Management Procedures

 Qualifications & Skills 

  • Associate’s Degree / Technical Certification in Computer Science or related field, or 1-2 years of network operations experience
  • Experience with Cisco equipment preferred
  • CCENT Cisco Certification is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Security-minded approach to network management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
