We are seeking an experienced Principal Network Architect with over 15 years of expertise in managing and designing complex network architectures across data centers and branches using multivendor technologies and cloud infrastructure services
Job Description
  • Lead the design implementation and optimization of scalable and secure network architectures across data centers and branch locations Manage multivendor network infrastructure including Genesys Avaya NICE contact centers Cisco Juniper Arista HP routers and switches Oversee deployment and management of cloud infrastructure services on Azure and AWS to ensure seamless integration with onpremises networks Implement and maintain load balancing solutions using Netscaler and F5 to optimize application performance and availability Develop network strategies that align with business goals and support technology refresh and lifecycle management programs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure network security compliance and operational excellence Stay current with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability and scalability

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Architect configure and troubleshoot complex network solutions involving Cisco SDN CUCM and multivendor routing and switching platforms Lead the administration and optimization of contact center technologies including Genesys Avaya and NICE Manage cloud network services on Azure and AWS ensuring high availability and security Design and implement load balancing strategies using Netscaler and F5 to ensure efficient traffic distribution Conduct regular network health checks performance tuning and capacity planning Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams Collaborate with security teams to implement network security policies and monitor compliance Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for network upgrades migrations and maintenance activities Drive automation initiatives to streamline network operations and reduce manual intervention Participate in incident management and problem resolution related to network infrastructure
