Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Lead Generator)
Roof Savers of Central Kentucky - Lexington, KY Area
Position Overview
Are you energetic, personable, and motivated by uncapped earning potential? Roof Savers of Central Kentucky is looking for a driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help homeowners protect and extend the life of their roofs.
In this role, you will canvas neighborhoods, introduce our premium roof rejuvenation service, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for our closing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, connecting with people, and earning great pay while helping customers solve a real problem, this opportunity is for you!
About the Company
Roof Savers of Central Kentucky specializes in an advanced roof rejuvenation spray that restores and protects asphalt shingle, metal/steel, and terra-cotta roofs. Our treatment provides a 17-year warranty, protects against damaging UV rays, locks down granules, increases shingle flexibility, fills micro-cracks, and offers superior hail protection-extending the life of roofs without the high cost of replacement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
  • Educate homeowners on roof issues and the benefits of our rejuvenation service
  • Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Accurately track daily activity and leads
  • Represent Roof Savers of Central Kentucky with honesty and integrity

Schedule
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (includes 1-hour lunch)

Compensation
  • $20 per hour base pay
  • $30 bonus for every closed sale generated from your appointments
  • Bi-Weekly pay + performance-based earnings with no cap on bonuses

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people daily
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required - we value attitude and effort
  • Positive attitude and desire to succeed
