We're looking for a Senior Provider Network Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and execution and is ready to lead network growth across multiple markets.
This is a senior, influential role where you'll own provider recruitment strategy, manage complex negotiations, mentor team members, and partner closely with leadership to shape the future of our provider network.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Provider Network Manager, you'll lead both strategy and hands-on execution, including:
  • Develop and execute advanced provider recruitment strategies informed by market and competitive analysis
  • Lead recruitment and relationship management for General Dentists and Specialists across assigned territories
  • Negotiate fee schedules and contract terms to balance provider satisfaction with cost efficiency
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-profile, complex, or out-of-network provider agreements
  • Partner with credentialing and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding and compliance
  • Conduct on-site audits and compliance reviews to maintain network quality and regulatory standards
  • Educate providers on Liberty's policies, tools, and self-service capabilities
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices and driving consistency
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to identify gaps in coverage and track performance
  • Represent Liberty Dental Plan at industry events, conferences, and provider meetings

You'll spend significant time in the field building trusted relationships-this role requires frequent travel (50-85%), including occasional evenings and weekends.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in provider network management, insurance networks, provider recruitment, or related healthcare sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, provider contracting, and market dynamics
  • Proven success negotiating contracts and fee schedules
  • High-impact communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance coverage
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 annually, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
