Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting, and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.
  • Lead Product master data control and governance team within PLM, ERP and MDM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and continuous improvements.
  • Drives NPI readiness and Mfg partner collaboration - ensuring data readiness, timely release, and secured data communication.
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Order Management, Finance, Services, Supply chain, and IT to streamline end to end data management. Lead Business unit level data transformation and integration efforts, aligning tools and workflows with HPE's enterprise and AI strategy.
  • Define product and services data quality policies, standards, procedures, audit controls, and Business continuity plans aligned with Enterprise and ONEPLM digital strategy.
  • Enable accurate & timely NPI setup and sustenance product structuring, change management, extension and maintenance of Material Master (MM), BOM & Variant configuration across Engineering, Corporate, Sales, re-biller & fulfillment plants.
  • Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
  • Identify and execute master data process automation opportunities using AI that enhance operational scalability and data accuracy.
  • Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in manufacturing / mechanical / industrial engineering, or equivalent.
  • Requires 15+ years of relevant functional PLM / Supply chain domain experience, including
8+ years in people leadership role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven success as people leader in leading PLM/MDM operations and global PLM transformation initiatives.
  • Core PLM Competency skills with SAP PLM / S4 HANA, PTC Windchill, SIEMENS, or leading industry technologies.
  • Experience with PLM processes, methods, and tools, including CAD integration, Part Management, BOM mgmt, change mgmt, document mgmt and config management.
  • E2E Process knowledge and integration with upstream/downstream process and systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and influencing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication & presentation skills focused on a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Superior business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, extensive knowledge in applications and technologies and being a fast learner.
  • Background in networking or technology products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for transformation and data driven process improvements.
