About Us

Our SUE team is known for technical rigor and trusted relationships with clients-and we're looking for a seasoned project manager to help lead its next chapter. This role offers genuine leadership responsibility, exposure to complex high-profile projects, and a clear path toward senior and principal-level advancement.

Position Summary: The SUE Project Manager will lead utility investigations across a portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects. You'll own projects from proposal through final deliverables, managing field crews, client relationships, and technical quality in accordance with ASCE 38 standards (Quality Levels A, B, C, & D). This is a hands-on leadership role-you'll mentor staff, shape workflows, and serve as the technical point of contact for clients and design partners.

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Compensation for this position is $85,000.00 - $145,000.00/annually, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. • Lead or contribute to proposal development and client presentations
  • Oversee utility designation and test hole operations in the field
  • Ensure compliance with ASCE 38 and industry best practices across all work products
  • Coordinate with engineers, survey teams, and utility owners throughout project lifecycle
  • Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures for field data and CAD deliverables
  • Ability to read and interpret utility company records/plans
  • Possess and maintain utility records contacts for records research
  • Review utility mapping for accuracy and continuity
  • Mentor and develop SUE technicians and junior project staff
