The COOLR program is seeking to fill the IT Infrastructure Manager role of a team that delivers cost effective, on schedule, and technically sound solutions while championing a culture of engineering excellence. The role blends technical contribution, leadership, and talent development as you assist the team in driving efficiencies.
As the COOLR IT Infrastructure Manager you will:
Directly manage a diverse team of System Administrators, Network Engineers, Site Engineers and Help Desk Engineers.
Be a technical leader, capable of assisting the team with complex problem solving and troubleshooting in a virtual environment.
Lead long term infrastructure projects (DEVSECOPS Pipelines, Network Upgrades, Zero Trust Architecture, automated test environment)
Act as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring all electrical work complies with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all practices meet OSHA safety regulations
Assist in contract capture by providing technical volume inputs, developing accurate and detailed Bases of Estimate (BOEs), PWS creation and validation.
Final decision on hiring, career mentorship, policy enforcement, and recognition.
Interface directly with LM and Government customer executive leadership, to include presenting status, risks, and opportunities, budget requests, strategic themes and future capabilities.
