Job Summary:
SK AX USA, Inc. is a leading global IT service provider and subsidiary of SK Group, one of South Korea’s largest conglomerates. They are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage complex network solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities:
• Network Design & Implementation – Develop and optimize advanced network solutions to support business growth.
• Infrastructure Management – Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers (L4/L7), IP PBX, and more.
• Monitoring & Automation – Implement network monitoring tools and automation strategies to enhance performance and security.
• Cabling & Documentation – Oversee network cabling (UTP, fiber optics) installations and maintain detailed documentation.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization – Identify and resolve connectivity, security, and performance issues.
• Security & Compliance – Ensure network infrastructure adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 + years of experience in network infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
• Cisco CCNA certification (or higher) preferred.
• Experience with LAN/WAN architecture, network monitoring tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred for effective communication with global teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of network automation tools and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
