Job Description:

Prowise Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer to support a leading global telecommunications client. This role involves working on enterprise-scale network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across data centers and cloud environments, including Private 5G initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in networking and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, segmentation)
  • Configure and manage Cisco Nexus switches (L2/L3, VLANs, vPC, STP, HA)
  • Implement and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing protocols
  • Manage firewalls (Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto) – policies, NAT, VPNs
  • Support network security (segmentation, access control, firewall enforcement)
  • Maintain hybrid connectivity with Microsoft Azure (ExpressRoute, VPN)
  • Troubleshoot network, firewall, and cloud connectivity issues
  • Monitor network performance and ensure uptime
  • Perform traffic analysis, routing validation, and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in Network Engineering
