Job description

As a Platform Network Engineer, you are the go-to expert for cloud network architecture. You design, implement, and manage complex network environments in Microsoft Azure for our clients. In close collaboration with platform architects, security engineers, and platform engineers, you deliver robust, scalable, and secure customer environments.

You are responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Azure networks: VNets, vWAN, and Azure DNS.
  • Managing the Azure Firewall, NSGs, Application Gateway, TLS, policy, and other security features.
  • Using Terraform, Bicep, and CI/CD systems to automate implementation.
  • Implementing network observability using Azure stack and Elastic.
  • Collaborating with security teams to implement Zero Trust network principles.
  • Producing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Coaching junior engineers and acting as the technical point of contact for clients.
  • Proactively improving existing network infrastructures and advising on best practices.
